Class Descriptions

DV Strength
Small group full-body strength training for all ages and experience levels. Each participant follows a personalized program designed to build strength, correct imbalances, and improve movement quality.

Girls Lift
A supportive, empowering strength training class for middle and high school girls. Focused on what the body can do—not how it looks—this program builds athleticism, confidence, and proper technique.

Teen Speed & Agility
Designed to improve quickness, change of direction, footwork, and explosive movement patterns. Ideal for teen athletes preparing for fall sports or looking to increase performance and reduce injury risk.
